What It's Like to Work With Me
I ask the big questions early and sweat the small details late.
I'm equal parts systems thinker and builder, team cheerleader and solo deep-diver.
Whether it's shaping product strategy, designing experiments, or helping a junior designer level up - I'm at my best when I'm in it with people who care.
Outside of Work
When I'm not designing, you'll find me crocheting cozy things, painting with watercolors, baking something from scratch, or - my current obsession - trying to figure out how not to burn dinner on the grill. (Work in progress.)
